Fidelity: "You Can Do It" by Erin Whitemore, Senior Program Evaluator, Portland, OR

With the move toward the use of evidence-based practices in Oregon and across the nation, agencies are being encouraged to monitor the fidelity with which they employ these practices. But for most agencies, this seems daunting. This purpose of this workshop is to demystify fidelity by describing its purpose, demonstrating how fidelity can be assessed in many different ways depending on available resources and illuminating ways to imbed fidelity into quality improvement activities.
