This presentation will discuss the process and results of an innovative pilot. In 2004, Hathaway-Sycamores began "Homeward Bound," a pilot that set out to integrate the value and elements of Wraparound and Residential Treatment as well as reinvent Residential Treatment from a placement to an intervention. The Homeward Bound program goal is that all kids live with a family in the community. The presentation will review the tools and techniques used through all phases, the data collection approach to help look at intended outcomes, and the results and future direction of the program.
