This presentation will give a brief description of Aggression Resistance Training (ART), an evidenced-based, psycho-educational program for youth, including why ART was chosen for agency, some of its theoretical underpinnings, and its component parts. The presenters will discuss the challenges associated with implementing ART into an agency, including barriers to anticipate and techniques for increasing agency-wide acceptance and use of this program. Finally, the presenters will offer techniques for sustaining this program in an agency.
