Across decades of research, evidence-based practices have been developed for diverse child mental health problems and disorders. This presentation notes the best-supported treatments emerging from recent evidence on anxiety, depression, ADHD, and conduct problems. Despite findings supporting these interventions, movement into everyday clinical care is slow. An analysis of reasons for slow dissemination suggests an agenda for the future research, and some ESP on what evidence-based practice may look like in the years ahead.
