Wraparound Sacramento is a seven-year public/private partnership designed to implement a system of care for high needs children and youth and their families. This collaborative approach has been systematically evaluated by a committee of the three private agendas, as well as by public referring agencies. This presentation will review four different measures of the impact of Wraparound Sacramento on children, youth, and families. Success and challenges will be discussed.
