This presentation will address the Tamarack Center's creation and implementation of our Resident, Family, and Staff Satisfaction Surveys. Tamarack has developed these instruments and uses them to monitor overall program effectiveness. Results from these surveys have provided useful information in identifying program strengths and weaknesses and have been the impetus in making both programmatic and system changes. This workshop will provide participants with copies of these specific surveys, along with copies of the analysis and reports each generates, and specific examples of programmatic changes that have occurred from the results.
